[[email protected] ~]# net-snmp-create-v3-user -ro -x AES -a SHA
Enter a SNMPv3 user name to create:
your_user
Enter authentication pass-phrase:
your_authenticaion_pass
Enter encryption pass-phrase:
 [press return to reuse the authentication pass-phrase]
your_encryption_pass
adding the following line to /var/lib/net-snmp/snmpd.conf:
 createUser your_user SHA "your_authenticaion_pass" AES your_encryption_pass
adding the following line to /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf:
 rouser your_user 
[[email protected] ~]# /etc/init.d/snmpd start
Starting snmpd: [ OK ]
